The Gwentdefibbers support group would like to say a big hello to Dr John Huish, Cardiologist.

He recently attended a gwentdefibbers support meeting in Abergavenny.
He was accompanied by Dawn (arrhythmia nurse specialist, Royal Glamorgan Hoapital) and Mandie (arrythmia nurse specialist, University Hospital of Wales).
The support group enjoyed a very interesting talk & slide show presented by Dr Huish.
He gave a presentation about the history of ICD’s and also told us that future developments included a creation which will allow the recipient to have MRI scans.
